Our coaching services begin with an in-depth interview and assessment of functional skills, in addition to identifying your goals.
Your comprehensive strengths-based evaluation will potentially include functional motor, sensorimotor, adaptive skills, executive functioning, self-care and social participation, and any other areas that contribute to independence within your meaningful habits, roles and routines.

Direct coaching with clients will address independence goals through skill building and adaptations of daily activities. Skills commonly worked on include motor, self-regulation, executive functioning in order to complete tasks. We can learn to manage a grocery list, break down the steps of weekly chores, learn to break down and set meaningful goals - anything that is most important to you!

Coaching is available to clients’ families in order to build capacity and support independence across environments.
